Lolllzzzzzz, if I am ur neighbour u definately need not hv one. I hv the habit of walking alone in nights but now a days I more scared of night police than any thief or robers :P

People with guilty feelings have such problem .In course of time they can be mental patients if not treated properly .Your concept is not good.

Very good idea.. and this can be a good cure for insomnia too, as he will surely get a sleep during duty time.
