Don't you think that 'Death Penalty shall be included in IPC for Heavy Corrupters in India'?

Not necessary death penalty.. put them behind the bars for 100 years.. they should not come out in public during their entire life. I read a news item in which a lady has been convicted for 300 years for adultration of medicine in USA.
