Dont you think Shiv Sena if in power would behave like MNS? Arent these two parties very similar in ideologies?

Shiv Sena is always good for Hindus and much different party and activities having with MNS.

I do not think so. (1) They are aligned with a national level party (BJP), which cannot be seen to behave in such a manner. (2) This is just a municipal level election. SS, unlike MNS has much bigger ambitions.
But, yes, it will make MNS more desperate, resulting in a tougher stand
