I wouldn't say that romantic love is overrated so much as friendship, perhaps, is under-rated. Romantic love probably feels pretty awesome to those who have it, and that feeling is one of the most important things in their life. Whenever romantic love becomes unimportant, it will be bumped off its' pedestal. I think people use the term 'true love' because they think that the word 'love,' on its own, doesn't go far enough. Perhaps 'love"' has been used so much that some of the shine has rubbed off. Think of it as a boost to a verbal expression, they don't mean to exclude other types of love, they just want to express this one that stands out to them. Perhaps there should be a friendship term that is equivalent to 'true love' term that most around use for romantic love...!

No. The reason why I am saying this is that romantic feelings have an postively enhancing effect on all our body systems and thus keep us fit
