Instead better culture should be given to them..... Not only d children,but also d parents r culprits,who fail to do so...

My son is yet to be born.............
but definitely i will teach him to be civilized and well behaved with women....
well actually no parents tells there children to become a rapist.......violence is in the sub conscious from Birth......u have to teach them to control there emotions
