Don't give Bharat Ratna to Sachin: Katju
Cricketers such as Sachin Tendulkar should not be honoured with the Bharat Ratna as the demand to give the award to filmstars and cricket players spoke of 'the low cultural level', Press Council of India Chairman Justice Markandey Katju said on Saturday.--What is your take on this ?

Bharat ratna - should be given to person who had done overall contribution to the society... apart from cricket, where is sachin role in uplifting downtrodden. I agree with Katju

He's correct it should be given to people who make a differnce in other's people's live's like THE DOCTOR WHO STARTED A BONE BANK - 1st in the world, etc ,

I think he is right ,as they r not doing social service or any good without money ,they play for money and as he is good player and played for many years he has made the records
