Illetrates in this country are quite OK, it's the literates that are a prob. While we are quick to pounce on illetrate politicians who make a quick buck out of the country, how's about those IIT / IIM graduates who rush to international airports like crackheads the instant they get their degree, thus cheating exchequer and the educational system? Most LITERATE people & homes consider such flagrant PDS theft a thing of pride....and most ppl who actually do the swindling for the "illetrates" are usually well read folks- chartered accountants.

It is misuse of democracy and lack of our political will to make electoral reforms to make it more transparent.

It is by experience, they have become like that. On the earth weather you are litrate illitrate all are equal , why litrates only enjoy all the wealth ? In a group/house/classroom the more inteligent will never lead others for common benifit. During early indipendence days merit was dominant in all appointments thay used position to attain their personal goals community development was never first preiorty of babus, they started corruption ............now a sharp shooter will aim our own countrymen not enemy in borders so society has given up its direction towards common goals and wealth sharing. In modern times litracy is making money with out pain and illitracy is with/without pain(dipends) if you are not making money then you may be foooool(though you are litrate)
