To learn things in life are so easy for many of us.
But many do not want to learn and are stubborn and think they know it better.
Until they faced with something their anxious caused them with emotional pain.
Are therefore they get confused and feel the pain through their entire body.
Emotionally, they are totally upset and dont know how to deal with it.
Have been taught a lesson and it will let them start to think and then realize that they must not do it again.
So much pain and a depressed feeling that their mood is affected.
This is something to forget and never to be repeated.
That can not be good for the life and health which give us no joy.
Definitely learned the lesson in a painful way will make us stronger. ...more

It is more about remaining alert and aware IN PAIN than pain pur se.
Pain helps only when u are aware enough to see the lessons it offers, and u r willing to learn the lesson!
