Yep...cause dj party means crowd and hiper noise....both could hav consequences if u hav an idiotic crowd n grumpy neighbours!!!!

If it is not a commercial but social, then NoC is required from police or police to be informed depening on state.
But fr commercial one, definitely license is required and with a permit if liquor s served.
