They say dont give money to beggars. but what about those with leprasy? it is our duty to help them isn't it?

It is not necessary to help beggars only. One has to help the needy whether a leper or not or a beggar or not. Giving money alone is not considered to be as help.

Yes, it is duty for all of us to help the needy. But, how many of us have the time or the will or the endurance to even do this. Only a section of people across any nation would be charitable, helpful and understanding. We, humans in general only want to live ourselves or for our loved ones at the most. We wouldn\'t want to extend our helping hand to the ones who need it since they are not of any use to us.
