The moon has no atmosphere and so there can be no rain on the moon...for that matter there are no weathers like rain or snow on the moon.On the contrary other planets do have an atmosphere and so all those planets do have weathers.

Moon does not have any atomosphere to support a rail fall.
Not all planets have an atosphere and even if a planet do have an atmosphere, it is likely to be different from our Earth.
