Q.

If you want to have love in abundance, you must be committed to it, and that commmitment will be reflected in your thoughts and actions. Commitment is the true test of love. If you want to have loving relationships, you must be committed to loving relationships. When you are committed to someone or something, quitting is never an option. Commitment distinguishes a fragile relationship from a strong one.

I agree with you sir...when I think of love which is very tru e I think of a child and mother's love relation where a mother shows her full dedication to her child and then with other members f the family too she gives her full support commitment as a house keeper mom as a wife and so on..In any relationship a true sincere love and affection is necessary to run the life in a smooth way...here trust adjustments and lot of commitments must be there..to feel happiness to and to get their share of love in abundance ..

You are correct . My simple definition of committment is ownership . If we don't own our committment , it's like a full moon ..it decreases day by day and as result we quit from committment which wrinkles our soul . As Pope John Paul II says ...The fear of making permanent commitments can change the mutual love of husband and wife into two loves of self-two loves existing side by side, until they end in separation.

Agree as involvement from both side is necessary for any realtionship.Whether a person is committed by heart lor not , can be judge by her/ his expressions or gestures as body talk very loudly...commitment is not a test of love i guess...its a test of trust & understanding.....Quitting never works, persons involved should try hard from heart to keep it going avoiding & clearing the misunderstandings.
