India is a agriculture country in principle. What is your views on more scientific knowledge should be given to the farming community as a priority to raise the level of their economy even if it meant a go slow in other fields?

Agriculture in practice is closely associated with nature. all natural changes therefore effect a crop. yields in crops increased significantly thanks to introduction of new vaireites of seed, water management and control ( through dams/anicuts/aquaducts etc) , inorganic fertilizers, control of pests through pesticides ,storage and quicker transport. but one must also consider the implications of using inorganic fertlizers/pesticides on the soil texture and on human health. our country has a vast population dependent on various types of food ( staple diet) which must be supplied at an affordable price. mechanisation of farming activites is on the increase. but that must not result in unemployment of farm helps. tenancy farming is resulting in bad water and soil managements and indiscrimnate use of inorganic fertilizers and pesticides.toady the farmer is more informed about the immediate changing weather conditions ( through weather info in the internets). this information is certainl
