DAILY 50-60 KHAOGI TOH INCREASE HI HOGA NA.

If you eat then as they are then they are very helpful for losing weight. But, the problem is when chapathis and rotis are loaded with ghee and butter and they are made into items that provide extreme fat ... t eat side dishes that are made with potatoes and things like that. These are instrumental in putting on weight
