1.

There are upper caste ppl who are much backward in economic scale ....yet treated as general caste or upper caste.....
and there are lower caste ppl who are economically much strong yet who enjoy all the amenities which is granted to the lower caste ppl.....
blatant violation of equal opportunity for every citizen.......

Our constitution has granted recognition of backward and forward communities , in fact it is still there.But facilities to be give on on education.
