Medical Transcription is the act of converting your recorded medical transcripts into written transcripts so that you have a record. Generally people outsource medical transcription from medical transcription service providers. I know of a company called Acroseas. They promise 95% + accuracy and are HIPAA compliant. Their work is pretty good. If you wish to find out more then visit this link http://www.acroseas.com/landing.
