Disaster Management Failure - Despite Army's effort of putting in 85 hrs Poor Mahi of Manesar/Haryana could not be rescued alive from the 8o feet borwell !
Why the kids are allowed to play near by those uncovered borewells ?? This is not the first case hogging national head lines ??

It is not disaster manager failure it is failure from the local goverment for not able to keep safety norms , by the way military is not to rescue from borehole or tree
