What is a navaratna company what are the paratmeters considered in granting navaratna status to a company

Some parameters are defined for Navratna and mini ratna companies by Govt. Details you can find thru google search.
The criteria is that a company must be a Schedule A Miniratna category and it should have obtained 'Excellent' or 'Very Good' MoU rating in three of the last five years.
Presently there are 16 Navratnas and 54 miniratnas.
