Don't know Subhash, but yes personally, i cant work under LADY BOSS and you know they are so capable to give you full 8 hour mental pressure if one is working under her (as my colleagues say).......! :P

Usually a woman BOSS is dangerous for two matters....
1=If U have UR direct vision on her Physical Geography.....
2=If U don't have UR direct vision on her Physical Geography.....
both ways U R at risk ....

in 1st case - She will think U R a flirt....and will be furious upon U.....
in 2nd case - She will think that she not enough attractive for which U ignore her...and will be furious upon U.....

Boss is a Boss . Have worked with at least six person and most of them have better understanding than their Male counterparts .There is no disliking or any prejudice for a Lady Boss .
