Even a common man can very well see that if a wrong decision is taken in a household , the other members can very well see it and check & stop the person from doing so.I am really very much surprised that the PM and the Finance minister well knowing that such a harm is being done by A.Raja did not force stop him.And in any case if a person from a family commits a wrong , if the head and other members of his family do not stop him in time, then they are also to be blamed equally! But in this case perhaps the ruling party has influenced the judge by power or money power.
We may very well remember the case of Indira Gandhi, whose election was set aside by Justice Jagmohan Lal Sinha and later the out of turn promotee Chief Justice ruled in her favour and the constitution was also amended to suit her.

It is not right to comment on the judgement. But as PC is the Home Minister ,one can not say that the judgement is 100 % free.

CBI as such has been defending P.Chidambaram from the beginning. Now it seems, CBI court is also defending him!

I don`t question or cast any doubt on the wisdom of the Special CBI Court Judge. After all, justice does not end with him or in the CBI Special Court. Aggrieved can always knock the doors of the higher courts in this land.

It results to compromise, I do n't think that is the case. He has passed the verdict what he sees as the justice.
Anyway buck does n't stop here, there are higher courts with better judges. All most whole nation is convinced, itz n't only Raja and there are otherz. Proably we have wait for some more time to see what we beilieve.
