Yes. Please investigate the case and come to find out guilty, if he found guilty, please do not give him death penalty even life time imprisonment just shoot him.

Yes, there should not be death anyhwere for any reason. But a person, who is unstopable in causing many people get killed within no time may have to be with great reluctancy shot down if necessary. There is not much use in giving death penalty to a person who has already killed even hundreds of people and if the person has no possibility of causing any danger to any life in the future. There is no difference in whether that killer in the jail is dead or alive for the daily life of society. So, death penaly should be abolished.

Rather, it should be abundantly practiced, even for economic offenced too, after CONSTITUTIONAL amendment.
AND, all CAPITAL PUNISHMENT should have no provision for "APPEAL" or "CLEMENCY" nuisances to higher courts/President.
BUT, HIGH COURTS WITH THREE JUDGES DIVISION BENCH & 7-juror verdicts M U S T pass the order, to be executed positively within THREE months, in O P E N ( Never in-camera) places, for public viewing.

Yes,,death penalty should be abolished in india instead of awarding a death penality such crimnals should be handed over back to public for doing what best the public can do to him or her.
