To put it bluntly, it was seen as morally permissible to bomb the natives in the hills of Africa, but reprehensible to use those same airplanes to bomb the citizens of Berlin or London.--David FisherHow is it ?

I do not know what you are saying. The planes which bombed London and Berlin during WWII were no different from those what pounded the hills of Africa or are now in Afghanistan.
Unless of course you would rather want to know if that quote is of David Fisher. Frankly the only Fischer I know was a great hockey player.
