I won't say Indian bowling has shown any improvement. But the fielding has improved tremendously. It is the fielders who are now stopping many a definite boundaries and converting half chances - that is making the bowler's look better. As for bowlers, part time bowlers like Yuvaraj are actually getting the break through when it is required not our regular bowlers.

My answer may sound cynic. But speaking from a purely cricketing point of view, I feel, India won the match because Dhoni won the toss. Had India hbatted second, their position would have no different from Pakistan's. When a Yuvraj become the most menacing bowler compared to a Harbhajan Singh, it is the vagaries of the batting condition in the second innings that is attributable to.
But if you say fielding, I accept, it was India's ground fielding that throttled Pak batting. Think of the Umar Gul and co throwing 140 ks stuff under lights on a slow turner with variable bounce, where the Dhoni's Birat Kohli's or Goutam Gambhirs stand?. Is it only Sachin Tendulkar who would always bail India out? Except Zahir all other Indian quickiies were offering below 125Ks stuff. It is not menacing bowling.
