Not at all good. as it is sincre decades, there are water disputes now between karnataka-tamilnadu, karnataka-AP, Maharashtra-AP and so on. further bifurcation will lead to dipsutes between telangana and remaining part of andhra pradesh.

Good it will be,,smaller should all the states be and governance must perculate and reach in to the hands of punchayats....Bigger the states lower the transparency of governance and so is the accountability.

Are the other states just waiting for Telengana to happen and then start their 'breakdown' programme? Telengana demand was there since the time of Independence. During the 65 years we have seen births of Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Uttara Khand, Haryana, Delhi. Why not Telengana?
