T Floors of factories can be of three types one. forlight weight loadsi.e.488kg pe sq.mt,second formedium weight loads that is 732kg.per sq.mt and other for heavy weight loads that is 976kg per sq.mt.nowadays rcc designer are using M200 thatis 1 part of cement 1.5 parts of metal and 3 parts of sand or M250 that is 1;1:2 proportion depending ontotal load as enumerated above as per advice of RCC specialist. In area near sea with salty climate cover over reinforcement bars is also important to prevent corrosion of concrete.in mumbai area ready made factory made concretemix is available and i would prefer to use same.
