The term Aam Aadmi Applies to those majority of the population who don't pay insurance premium because they can't afford to take up a policy. It Applies to those who can't even buy a toy telephone in the village mela for their kids to play with, leave alone paying a telephone bill. It Applies to those majority who don't even go to the village health center (where free treatment is supposed to be given) because they do not have the 50 paise to give bakshis to the attender.
The term Aam Aadmi Does Not Apply to those employed in government and whose life style changed after the 6th pay commission. It Does Not Apply to the city bred and 10th pass English speaking kid who works in a call center and earns at least 10K a month.
