Do you think our Judiciary can ever become hard as US Judiciary.. ref.. Rajat Gupta case??

1.
Justice to the door steps is the principles of our judiciary but the best Lawyers of our country are not the defence counsels or for the state and they are costly too. Lawyer as the noble and best profession has yet to establish in our country and brilliant students when will choose it as lucrative and best profession , the justice delivery system would be for aam admi not by slogan but by practical reforms in mentality.

I read in the Times Of India, that in India Rajat Gupta would not have been convicted. Here Big Shots roam freely even with far serious charges. Law is there only for aam adami.

No way as they take quick decesion and harsh punishment see till now how many corrupt people have been punished.
