Don't you know BABAS are above LAW ,how ever proofs are required but if Govt wants it can just mislead whole investigations as happens in cases involving high and mighty , vote banks matters

If he is guilty he should be arrested but if not congress should be blamed for defaming only Hindu saints as soniya has nothing to do with hindus and that is why she has kept a Christian as her PA or secretary mr george

They will arrest him sure if it has a substance. When they sack a minister for such incidents, I believe they take action here also.
If we look back in last few yrs., they hv taken action on even highly influentials even at the cost of loosing power.
