Only talks with pak will help in nabing the terrorists who are responcible for the mumbai attack? or joint operation by both countries will help?or the alone pak will carry out the operations and handover to us the terrorists of their country?

Joint operation with Pakistan will be a cruel joke with justice.
Some people have lost faith on the process of dialogue which ahs been continuing for last three decades with Pakistan on some issue or the other.
When talks continue, it means war possibilities are now remote. It is also true that when quarrel or war reaches its peak, need of dialogue arises to ease the tension. As such war and dialogue are two opposite sides of the same coin in tense situation.
As a matter of fact Indian government has to first set right the internal systems and control to make the same so much effective and result oriented that criminals never come out and go for hibernation for good and ever. And in such hard, tight and active administration even terrorist will not dare attack India as they failed in America.
Without support from Indians and without leakage from the border, foreign based terror groups cannot imagine of terror attacks.
