No qsn of the chance to track any such expenses...bcz most of the groom and their family pressurise their bride's family to present it as a gift...and gift is exempted from every kind of income tax....

I do n't think so.
Only it will hamper the flow of black money back to market.
A good governance should either curtail to source orb,ack money or atleast should see that black money flow back to market.
