Enough has been talked about cricket, cricketers,Indian pitches. they come into national team after hardwork, but within a year get endorsements,IPL money etc, which means they dnt need to think too much abt losses. Hope atleast Indian public frget these people and conc on other games and some serious issues of the country, rather thn wasting time for these money makers

Rather the selection committ should strictly enforce that if no performance no remuneration and if consistant failure, say tata bye-bye to the players and bring in new ones!!!

Endorsement would not take much of thir time nor focus. Moreover, it would be motivating factor since itz linked to their popularity which in turn to quality of their game if the players taken it in a right sense. The chucks and balance comes is suppose to come from retaining their place in team.
Though surplus of money could be reason for under performance, stoping one from good earnings is not goes with free will of a person.
