You are insulting the horse, sir. In Delhi, there is always one or other sort of underground trading going on. But didi might yet again whip out an anticlimax, so the traders might still not put out their goods ( the right word would be bads, i guess) yet.

No.not yet coz Congress kept the margin reserved for allies demand,so once they reduce diesel price by Rs 2.09 then Mamata will take U turn.See the drama/opera show
