I would not say so. everyone wants to cash in on success and rake in the moolah. for examples
the dirty picture / kahani / dabanng etc. were all blockbuster hits and originals. these movies got made into other languages to create buzz and to make money.
the same is happening with hindi dubbed versions antamil dubbed versions.
latest news is that even pan singh tomar , and delhi belly are being re made in tamil and other languages
