That, and also flats built close to religious structures which start their day early, even before sunrise, and announce it through high powered loudspeakers shattering the peace and tranquility of pre-dawn nature.

This is one of the reasons. the other reasons are
development in suburbs - so commuting is difficult
supply is more than demand
