No. It failed last time and it will fail again. In 1979, it failed for Janta Party too, when it named Jagjivan Ram. It never works basically.

BJP is getting to excited because image of Congress is tarnished because of scams... It should correct its own image in Karnataka and Madhya Pradesh to earn mass support for 2014... Declaration of PM in advance is risky because Congress will definitely target that person, in the same way as Modi is targetted... I recall a dialogue in the latest movie Rockstar " Everything is image and Image is everything"
