No one can categories a crying in the name of strength
You can sort it under the label of weakness .
Yet in my opinion tears in eyes always not stand for weakness only ,,,,, they burst out in anger & regret also .

No..crying doesnt mean one is weak its jst ki one is so emotional by heart but strenght is al in mind...;)

Its a emotional break down..its self comforting at times
its normal human nature in very bad conditions/phases of life.
