In India it does unfortunately. Sometimes people with lessor qualification gets the cake & a well qualified person peanuts because of cast in education, Government jobs etc.

Not at personal level. But, we cannot ignore caste. For example it is the Tamil Brahmans who have made India shining in the intellectual fields like knowledge industry. And it is the Vanik samaj like Mittals, Ambanis, Birlas, etc who have made India shining in business domains.

Not at all if nobody abducts other person's victory. But Brahmins cannot be corrected. Since the castes of Valmiki Maharishi the tribal caste Rishi and Mahakavi Kalidasa the Dalit caste Baktha were not public the divine caste stole several names like them into their caste. We can openly see how these people are brainwashing their children to believe that Bharat would stink without Brahmin brains. Sad and very bad caste-racists they are. Only these kinds of sadistic DNAs alarm us to have mentioned our caste names better everywhere.
