All the army/police actions are collective efforts. However, in the team, some show unusual commitment to the operation and sacrifice their life, at times to save their colleagues and others innocent persons knowlingly well that such particular action can lead to his/her death. Although we appreciate the contribution of the whole team, all cannot be given Ashoka Chakra. As is usual in similar situations, only a few, the very best, should be given. In additon to this, the families should be given all the facilities/benefits possible under the rules.
