Our law is specific that even if 100 culprits escape the law no innocent should be punished wrongly. In such a scenario the investigating agencies and the court will give maximum leverage to the accused and the liability of proving the accusation lies not with the accused but with the investigating agencies except in drug and espionage cases. As such the complainant will be questioned thoroughly.

NO, Complainants character or conduct should not be questioned instead her complaint should be varifified and the one againsy whome she has complained should be questioned,,,,why he, why he has been named by her.??? even some one with a not so good conduct or character deserves to be sexualy assaulted by any one.

Most LAWs have their demerits too! Particularly in INDIAN JUDICIARY ( Sordidly inept).
BUT, judicial powers need be decentralized and disposed off within a reasonable time-frame.
All verdicts M U S T be in 3-Judge BENCH with 7-Juror system- absolutely without "APPEAL" nuisances.
