No, i never resort to them as they dont make you relax infact they have certain side effects on you which create an imbalance in your behaviour & mindset that can be rally disturbing. I have seen in one of my friends who takes them daily & cant sleep without them. My mantra is to work hard so that one gets tired to get instant sleep at night in the natural way which is the best!!

No, I don't because I get a peaceful sleep and float in 'sweet dreams', after a day's hard professional chores, almost everyday...!

I have so much control on my self that I can sleep any where, any time and also for a decided period of time, it takes hardly a minute or so for me to sleep. Whenever I feel tired, i take a nap of 10-15 minutes, even at my work place and feel energetic after that.No problem for sleep at night also,so my dear friend no need to take sleeping pills for good sleep:)))))).
