Which other authors had anyone read who are as good writers and storytellers at the same time, as Stephen King? And any books in particular?

William peter blatty. The exorcist-grab a copy, read it. Blatty is the master. There are other ones like peter straub, john saul, coontz, Ira levin and stephanie meyer the new one. But King is the present king.
