Each Dosha (i.e. one of the 12 Kootas being nil) would indicate difficulty in a certain area. Nadi means pulse. Nadi Koota will indicate whether the couple's ethereal vibrations will compliment each other or not. In this regard, Nakshatras are grouped under Vaata, Pitta or Sleshma (Kapha) Nadi. If the two Nakshatras are different, then they are compatible, if the same, then not compatible. Their vibrations won't harmonize.
