1.

Soak moong daal overnight ... make it's paste, add hing, ajwain, namak, mirch, etc to your taste... dip pre half-boiled gobhi/brocoli in the paste and deep fry in olive oil untill brown... serve with dahi pudina chutney :-)

Prepare just as ordinary pakoras
put gobhi piece instead of aloo inside
wrap up and put maidamixed with water
fry it
enjoy it

Abhi khana hai to ye lo...........

cut the ghobhi in big pieces........boil a little...drain and keep a side rub a little haldi n salt over it..
now prepare bason paste .....take bason add water salt,garam masala ,jeera power, chat masala ,a pinch of hing , kala namak a ajwain power now batter it and make thick paste now cut the pieces of gohbi at your desired shape ,coat bason and deep fry it ,,,,,,,,,,ur garama garam gobhi pakoda is ready.......
