Can anybody inform the correct household electricity power used in India? (Please let me know in Volt, A, Hz)?
Is it correct 240V, 12A, 50Hz?

It is 230V, 50 Hz. Amperage depends on the power drawl by the machine. The house hold switches and plug/sockets come in two popular ratings, 5 amp and 15 amp.
