More than psychological imbalances, it's their attitude to hurt others in every possible way. Such folks hardly ever understand how painfully their offensive words and deeds hit many a tender heart...!

What happens daily on streets in India is abnormal. Indians think they are Gifted people and Ignore everything outside their homes. That is ABNORMAL
