If one be with believe in self then he must admit both.Blood circulation within our body is not by veins only Arteries do perform its work. All these are important for self realisation.But only believe is not the sufficient criterion.It needs much more of learning Phylosophy,Mythology,Rituals etc... etc...

Dear oberoi sir, according to me religion is absolute truth of life of the physical manifested word. it is meant for passing of the physical manifested life in a meaninful manner . we cannot understand the the nature of God. one can live without relgion and but not without spirituality. Spirituality forms the core of very existence of every living being. so from the above you can understand which one i follow. I follow spirituality.

I think both converges to single word " Humanity " if they are defined in their true sense. Humanity is the supreme of all religions of the world. Happiness cannot be traveled to, owned, earned, worn or consumed. Happiness is the spiritual experience of living every minute with love, grace and gratitude. Teach this triple truth to all: A generous heart, kind speech, and a life of service and compassion are the things which renew humanity ... and that's the spirituality of life ,that's the religion of life .............. nothing else
