Our minds are able to hold millions of information but, you will remember what is most important to you faster than if it was something not so important, this doesn't mean that you forgot, for instance "a person name you've just meet", your brain knows what is important and whats not. 1.) Work on a crossword puzzles, or a word puzzle of any kind, give yourself a spelling test. 2.) Try to associate the words with something you know to help you remember, like someone name or their car. 3.) You have to exercise your mind as well as your body, reading is also good than test yourself on what you remember. 4.) Work out some math problems and try to figure out the hard problems. 5.) Repeat to yourself the information you've learned and connect it to something in your life. 6.) Write the information down take some notes and place them where you can see them. 7.) Take a cold bath, tie head phone on ear with out play the music,close ur eyes AND MAKE A SOUND OOOOMMMMMMM................................! FOR TEN MINUTES.
