India and Bharat is one and the same. I find no sense in his claim. Unfortunately, I find him off the mark on this particular statement.

What he meant was, this type of crimes are become common in urban India. In villages, though it happens, it is a rare thing. But the "power be" (like political leaders) even in villages are involved in forced sex with weaklings which rarely comes to light.
