It can be provking, but the r*pe cases that are registered are neither fashonable women ,walking nude or are half clad women. They are not the items girls of bollwood also. Insensitive comments are now being given by some Netas & spiritual Gurus, when question of gang rape and portecting women from perepetrators has arose. The victims are mostly now seen accused by them when reasons forsuch violence is not studied. A man can get get povoked on seeing a nude woman , but how come 6 men feel the same way of r*ping a woman who was modestly dressed . It is not a matter of provokation but matter of planned conspiracies to do the most heinous crimes. Those who never try to get the true feel of agony and pain of what victims experience, those would give such insensitive comments at wrong time at wrong place.....!

Any sight which titillates our senses has the power to provoke us into sexual preference and takes away a bit of sanity even if momentarily. Yes- I would agree to this , but limited to this only. Rest of his statement not to my liking.

This is not only his but many learned and responsible citizens share this view, though they do not speak their mind for fear of being branded.
It is a fact that most such assaults are on innocent girls. Hardly do we come across a news of rape of a film star or beauty queen. It is is because while they themselves are well protected and strong, they make the offenders look for soft targets. The price is paid by weaker sections.
