Do you adhere to regular meals time as doctors say it prevent many diseases is it so?

I have learnt from my parents to have meals at fixed time everyday except during contingencies.

Not only meals time, even going to bed, getting up in the morning, attending office etc etc I adhere to fixed times. It helps maintain good health. Prevention of diseases involves so many other matters also. Kind of food one takes, physical exercises, worry-less life also matters in prevention of diseases.

Yes please.Eating regular low fat meals reduces total and LDL (bad) cholesterol and reduces resistance to insulin reducing the overall risk of developing heart disease.

I do adhere to reglar melas usually, and by grace of god, I have never been admitted to a hospital even for a single day. I am 57 years of age
